Du har förmodligen vid många tillfällen hört talas om ”affärsstrategi”, ”affärsområdesstrategi” eller t.ex. ”Corporate strategy” på din arbetsplats. Vad är då egentligen strategi och när och hur används strategi och dess begrepp på olika nivåer i organisationen?
Detta avsnitt är en enkel introduktion och ett sätt att närma sig det strategiska begreppet. Om du är en van ”strateg” och sedan länge arbetat med strategisk utveckling kan du mer eller mindre hoppa över detta avsnitt. Dock kan det finnas en poäng även för dig med mer erfarenhet av strategisk utveckling att ägna avsnittet en genomläsning som kort repetition då det ger en påminnelse om att strategiskt arbete oftast utförs på flera nivåer inom din organisation.
